OVERALL CLASS DESCRIPTION

Hughes Performance Big Tire / No-Time Presented by Team Boddie & Forty1Thirty Productions is a heads-up 1/8th mile class for Door Cars Only that feature no Clocks and Drivers determine who they will race by drawing Poker Chips prior to each round. Cars may utilize full tube chassis or back half chassis.

 

DOOR CARS ONLY

If you have a Real OEM or Factory Replacement “Door Car” with Steel Roof and Steel Quarter-Panels there are no rules, and you can run any rear drive tire

 

• Pro Mod/Pro Stock/Top Sportsman/Carbon-Fiberglass Shells style cars with a 5.0 or smaller Bore-Space based Nitrous combination, all Small Block Boosted Combos, Conventional Bore-Space Big Blocks with Single Turbo or Supercharger can run any rear drive tire
• Pro Mod/Pro Stock/Top Sportsman/Carbon-Fiberglass Shells Style Cars with a 5.2 or 5.3 based Nitrous combination or any Big Block Twin Turbo combination or any BB Hemi or 481x boosted combinations you must run a 33×10.5w or smaller Rear Drive Tire
• Track will be prepped for Slick/Bias Ply Tires-
• 1/8th Mile – Scoreboards will be turned off!
• Chip Draw for each elimination round

 

BIG TIRE / NO-TIME REQUIRED DECALS

CLASS SPONSOR DECAL:

"Hughes Performance" decal must be installed on base of windshield on the passenger side. (Bottom left-hand side when looking at front of vehicle windshield)

 

SERIES PRESENTED BY SPONSOR DECAL:

"FuelTech" decal must be installed on base of windshield on the driver’s side. (Bottom right-hand side when looking at front of vehicle windshield) Decals will be available during registration at the SCSN Event Trailer

 

SCSN TITLE SPONSOR DECAL:

"Comp Cams" Decal must be placed on the upper windshield in the center

 

CLASS PRESENTED BY SPONSOR DECAL:

"Forty1Thirty" decal must be placed on the rear 1/4 Window, 1/4 Panel or Side of Rear Wing in a highly visible location

 

SCSN SERIES DECALS:

SCSN Decals must be placed on both left & right sides of race car on the 1/4 Window, 1/4 Panel or Side of Rear Wing in a highly visible location

 

All Decals will be available during registration at the SCSN Event Trailer

 

REGISTRATION:

All Big Tire / No-Time racers must register at the SCSN Event Trailer before taking your car to tech..

 

CONTINGENCY PROGRAM & CONTINGENCY DECALS:

All contingency decals may appear anywhere on the vehicle in a clear and organized fashion.

Contingency decals may not be overlapped or modified. Most decals are available at the SCSN Event

Trailer, but in the event the SCSN does not have the decals in stock, it is the racer's responsibility to

obtain the proper decals to be eligible for the Contingency payout.

 

RACE DAY POLICY'S

ELIMINATION'S:

Drivers will draw Poker Chips each elimination round to determine pairings

 

LANE CHOICE DURING ELIMINATIONS:

This will be determined on the Poker Chips that each driver will choose prior to each round

 

STARTING SYSTEM:

4-Tenths Pro Tree

 

AUTO-START:

The Auto-Start System will be turned on with a 7-sec timeout

 

BYE-RUNS:

Each racer can only receive one "Bye-Run" during the pairings draw (This does not include if you draw a

racer that is broken or can't make the call to lanes) All vehicles must still take the tree during any single

run
